Our quality controllers carry out analysis and checks throughout the production process. Every single stage is monitored and checked using cutting-edge technological instrumentation: 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), an X-ray system for computed tomography inspection of casts, spectrometers, profile projectors, poka-yoke tools, vernier callipers and hole gauges. Checks carried out are elaborated with SPC techniques, filed and, on request, supplied to customers.
